Over the past seven years, Mr. Delvi has successfully trained more than 250 national and international radiology imaging officers. With 30 years of experience in hospital management and healthcare administration, Mr. Delvi has provided his specialized services to renowned institutions such as Columbia Asia Hospitals Group and Jindal Charitable Trust. He has a strong background in medical imaging workflows, product management, project management and business analysis, with expertise in managing healthcare technology solutions such as RIS, PACS, HIS, OIS, EMR, and LIS. He has successfully led projects across various sectors, including hospitals, teleradiology, imaging clinical trials, and the veterinary market. He is skilled in requirement gathering, prioritization, and elicitation, as well as product configuration, implementation, and support.
His professional experience includes roles as a Healthcare Consultant, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, where he has demonstrated his ability to manage software development ceremonies, and oversee product regulatory compliance. He has worked extensively with healthcare standards such as DICOM, HL7, HIPAA, and healthcare compliances like MDD, MDR, FDA and ISO 13485, and is proficient in using various strategies and tools for project management and tracking.
He has held key positions at CitiusTech Healthcare Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Telerad Tech Pvt. Ltd., where he has managed complex projects involving Data curation and Data governance, Blind read workflows, radiation treatment planning using AI, open AI orchestrator applications, and RIS/PACS product management. He has collaborated closely with product, software development and AI/ML teams to define release strategies, under Agile framework and has led scrum ceremonies and release planning sessions.
He holds a MBA in Business Analytics from BITS-Pilani and a Master of Computer Application degree from Pune University. Additionally, he is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and has completed a Data Analyst certification from IIM-Rohtak. His technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Technologies .Net, MS SQL Server, and various software development frameworks.
